Check Your Pockets

Quality Complaints

Compensation Policy
At Laundry Wala, we take utmost care in handling your garments. In the rare event of damage or loss, our Compensation Policy ensures a fair resolution. We offer service credit equivalent to 2-4 times the processing cost, depending on the severity of the issue. Please note that compensation is provided in the form of service credit only, and no cash refunds are available. Our goal is to maintain customer satisfaction while upholding quality service standards.
Unclaimed Clothes
At Laundry Wala, we strive to provide excellent service and ensure all garments are returned promptly. However, if clothes remain unclaimed for more than 15 days from the pickup date, they may be donated to charity or auctioned. This policy helps us manage storage efficiently while also supporting those in need. Please ensure timely collection to avoid any inconvenience. If you need an extension, feel free to contact us in advance!
Payment – Cash on delivery
At Laundry Wala, we offer flexible payment options for your convenience. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for hassle-free transactions.
